1典型病例1.1病例一患者,72岁,因尿频、尿少、尿线细10余年而住院治疗。10余年前因上述症状入院检查,诊断为前列腺肥大,服用乙烯雌酚及前列康无明显好转。近2年来病情加重,排尿次数增多,一昼夜约20次左右,尤以夜间有明显尿频,有憋尿感,遂入院治疗。查体:一般状况好,营养尚可,咽不红,心肺叩、听诊正常。肝脾未触及,血压为130/80mmHg。肛门指
