某公司1~#锅炉,为UG/3.82-M型抛煤机链条炉,蒸发量为35t/h,过热蒸汽压力3.82MPa,过热蒸汽温度450℃,锅筒压力4.22MPa,给水压力4.7MPa,给水温度150℃。锅筒规格D_n=1500mm,S=46mm,材质HⅡ牌号(德国牌号),经取样分析和对照GB713—72标准,相当于中国的12Mng。该炉于1983年2月投入运行,至2004年4月,锅炉累计运行36940h后进行大修。按《锅炉定期检验规
