目的:通过检测先心病伴肺动脉高压患者血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS表达,探讨先心病肺动脉高压发生的可能机制.方法:患先天性心脏病患者,经心脏彩超评估PASP,据PASP水平将患者分为正常组(n=12)、轻度PAH组(n=12)、中度PAH组(n=12)、重度PAH组(n=12).应用ELISA法进行血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS检测,统计、分析血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS与肺动脉压改变关系.结果:各组血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS比较,轻度、中度、重度PAH组各指标均呈逐渐增高,中度、重度PAH组各指标较正常组均增高,血清VEGF轻度PAH组较正常组增高,差异均具有统计学意义.中度、重度PAH组RA、RV较正常组和轻度PAH组增大.结论:先心病伴肺动脉高压患者随着PASP增高,血清ET-1、VEGF、eNOS表达增加,且与PASP存在正相关;ET-1、VEGF、eNOS参与PAH的形成,三者可能存在相互促进作用.“,”Objective To detect serum ET-1, VEGF, eNOS expression of the patients with congenital heart disease(CHD)pulmonary Artery hypertension(PAH), and explore the possible mechanism of PAH .Methods Patients with CHD were assessed the pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP)by the echocardiography.All patients were divided into normal group (n=12), mild PAH group (n=12), moderate PAH group (n=12), and severe PAH group (n=12)according to PASP levels.Serum ET-1, VEGF, eNOS expression were detected by ELISA. Statistical analysis was done to explore the relationship between them and pulmonary arterial pressure.Results Serum ET-1, VEGF, eNOS expression in the mild,moderate and severe PAH group showed that the indexs gradually increased.Serum ET-1, VEGF, eNOS expression in the moderate and severe PAH group were significantly higher than that in the normal group.Serum VEGF in the mild PAH group was higher than that in the normal group.All the differences were statistically significant. The diameters Of right atrium and right ventricule in the moderate and severe PAH group were larger than that in the normal group and mild PAH group.Conclusions The PASP of patients with CHD PAH were increased,serum ET-1, VEGF, eNOS expression were increased,the PASP was positively correlated with the serum ET-1,VEGF and eNOS expession.the ET-1, VEGF and eNOS were involved in the formation of PAH,three indexs maybe reinforce mutually.
