伦敦劳合社以其独特的市场结构、经营模式、管理运作过程和监管方式在世界保险市场上闻名,历经三百年逐步形成了许多优秀的特点。然而,为了进入中国这个特殊的保险市场,劳合社不得不改变了其原有的经营模式,并在多方面调整以适应中国市场。文章结合劳合社进入中国市场后的业绩表现,就劳合社在中国市场发展的局限性做出分析,并针对市场现状提出合理化建议,希望能够引起对劳合社中国模式的更多思考。
Lloyd’s of London is well-known in the world insurance market for its unique market structure, business model, management operation process and regulatory approach. It has gradually formed many excellent features over 300 years. However, in order to enter this special insurance market in China, Lloyd’s has to change its original business model and adjust in many ways to adapt to the Chinese market. Based on the performance of Lloyd’s Register after entering the Chinese market, this article analyzes the limitations of Lloyd’s in the Chinese market and puts forward reasonable proposals in the light of market conditions. It hopes to arouse more thinking about Lloyd’s China model.
