由于近年以来公共场所经常发生火灾,造成严重的人员伤亡及财产损失,室内装饰材料的阻燃性越来越受到人们的重视。一种具有优良阻燃性能、可以取代木质或其它有机板材的装饰材料——镁水泥装饰板正受到装饰市场的青睐。镁水泥装饰板必须强度高、韧性好、比重小;防火、防潮、耐腐蚀;可进行喷塑、贴纸等处理。由于镁水泥本身的特点,注意改善板材的抗水性能,克服和减轻“反卤”和变形已成为技术关键。“反卤”和变形是因镁水泥材料抗水性差而引起的,是影响镁水泥制品应用范围和使用寿命的两大障碍。 常州新源装饰材料厂和江苏石油化工学院针对以上技术难点进行了试验研究,认为镁水泥硬化浆体生成物在水中溶解度大是镁水泥抗水性
Due to frequent fires in public places in recent years, resulting in serious casualties and property losses, the flame-retardant properties of interior decoration materials have received increasing attention. A decorative material with excellent flame-retardant properties that can replace wood or other organic sheet materials - the magnesium-cement decorative sheet is being favored by the decoration market. Magnesium cement decorative panels must have high strength, good toughness, and small specific gravity; fire, moisture, and corrosion resistance; and can be sprayed, coated, and treated. Due to the characteristics of magnesium cement itself, it is necessary to pay attention to improving the water resistance of the board and to overcome and reduce the “anti-halogen” and deformation. “Anti-halogen” and deformation are caused by poor water resistance of magnesium cement materials, and are two major obstacles to the application range and service life of magnesium cement products. Changzhou Xinyuan Decoration Materials Factory and Jiangsu Institute of Petrochemical Technology carried out experimental research on the above technical difficulties. It is believed that the solubility of magnesium cement hardened slurry products in water is the water resistance of magnesium cement.
