作者研究了氯化琥珀胆碱注射液在各种条件下的稳定性。按处方组成加入氯化钠、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和盐酸适量,配制浓度为10 mg/ml的氯化琥珀胆碱注射液。考察溶液的pH(3.0和4.2)、消毒灭菌(100℃ 30分钟和121℃20分钟)及贮存温度(4~6℃、20~26℃、35℃、70℃)和连续光照12个月对稳定性的影响,同时还考察了4℃存放2、17、23个月后注射液的稳定性。本实验采用TLC法和HPLC法测定含量。
