作者采用流式细胞测量术(FCM)对30例食管癌患者150份样品进行了DNA倍体异质性分析。结果表明,患者癌中心灶DNA倍性异质体的检出率为53.3%。DNA倍性异质体和同质体患者癌中心灶和癌旁粘膜组织细胞的生物学特性均明显不同。患者癌中心灶倍性异质体的检出率随癌组织分级、肿瘤体积和癌细胞浸润深度的增加而升高(r>r0.05)。DNA倍性异质体患者的存活时间显著短于同质体患者(P<0.05);而异质体患者的死亡率却显著高于同质体患者(P<0.05)。
The authors used flow cytometry (FCM) to perform DNA ploidy heterogeneity analysis on 150 samples of 30 patients with esophageal cancer. The results showed that the detection rate of DNA ploid heterogeneity was 53.3%. The biological characteristics of the tumor center foci and paraneoplastic mucosa cells in patients with DNA ploidy heterogeneity and homogeneity were significantly different. The detection rate of ploidy heterotopes in patients with cancer center foci increased with the grade of cancer tissue, tumor volume, and the depth of cancer infiltration (r>r0.05). The survival time of patients with DNA ploidy heterogeneity was significantly shorter than that of homozygote patients (P<0.05), while the mortality rate of patients with heteroplasmy was significantly higher than that of homozygotes (P<0.05).
