从培养理念、培养模式、政策制度三个维度对中印管理类人才培养范式进行的对比研究发现,印度管理类人才培养范式可以对我国本科教育有如下启示:1)革新人才培养理念和目标,实施通识教育;2)完善法律制度,确保高等教育的发展;3)建立灵活的管理制度,适度向院系分权;4)提升管理教育专业化和品牌化的水平。
The comparative study on the training model of management talents in China and India from the three aspects of training concept, training mode and policy system shows that the training model of management personnel in India can have the following implications for undergraduate education in China: 1) To reform the concept and target of training qualified personnel, Implementing general education; 2) improving the legal system to ensure the development of higher education; 3) establishing a flexible management system and decentralizing departments appropriately; and 4) enhancing the professionalization and branding of management education.
