采用脉冲激光冲击法在碳钢表面制备了表面织构,借助扫描电镜、光学显微镜及表面粗糙度仪对其形貌进行了表征,研究了其结构参数对摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,激光表面织构呈规则的矩形阵列分布,形貌为规则的圆形,其周围存在环形热影响区及微量的垄起。其面积分布率和径深比对摩擦学性能具有显著的影响。当其值分别为35%和6∶1时具有最佳的润滑抗磨性能,其摩擦因数和磨损率相对未织构化处理试样分别降低21%~33%和49.9%。
The surface texture was prepared on the surface of carbon steel by pulsed laser shock method. The morphology was characterized by means of scanning electron microscope, optical microscope and surface roughness meter. The influence of structural parameters on tribological properties was studied. The results show that the texture of the laser surface has a regular rectangular array with a regular circular shape, and there are ring-shaped heat-affected zones around it and trace amounts of ridge formation. The area distribution ratio and the aspect ratio have a significant influence on the tribological properties. When their values are 35% and 6: 1, respectively, they have the best lubricity and wear resistance, and the friction coefficient and wear rate are reduced by 21% -33% and 49.9% respectively compared with the un-textured specimens.
