目前工作钢卷尺的测量方法劳动强度大、工作效率低以及测量准确度不高,为提高工作效率和测量准确度,以0级大理石为平台、采用CCD高清摄像头和图像处理技术对线纹间隔进行测量的原理,以及采用精确的运动控制技术和专用的测量软件研制了工作钢卷尺全自动标准装置。该装置的专用软件是通过控制电动机运动和图像采集协同工作来完成对工作钢卷尺的检定,并对采集到的图像进行图像识别,进而可以识别刻线并进行误差判断。该装置功能全面,具有较高的自动化水平,具有实际应用价值和市场前景。
