金果榄系防己科植物(Tinospora capillipes Gagneg)别名:地苦胆、山慈姑、九牛胆、金牛胆,是我国常用中药,有清热解毒之效.性苦寒,入肺、胃经,用以治疗急性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎等.黄维垣、朱任宏等曾从中分得非洲防己苦素(1)和巴马亭(2).现作进一步研究,先后分得十余种化学成分,除上述两种外,已鉴定了一个新的配糖体3,经鉴定为呋喃二萜苷——金果榄苷(异非洲防己苦素4-β-D-葡萄糖苷),还鉴定了异非洲防己苦素(4),药根碱(5)
