依据合成金刚石的遗传说.对全钢石合成过程中的一些重要现象进行了解释,其中不少是已有学说难于解释的。论证了触媒在合成金刚石条件下不应只是“短程有序”而应是有缺陷的“长程有序”结构.同时还论述了遗传说对合成金刚石形核和长大的理解。
According to the genetic heritage of synthetic diamond. Some of the important phenomena in the synthesis of all-steel are explained, many of which are hard to explain by the existing theory. It is demonstrated that the catalyst should not be “short-range orderly” but should be defective “long-range orderly” under the condition of synthetic diamond. It also discusses the genetic theory of synthetic diamond nucleation and growth understanding.
