随着我国加入世界贸易组织,人才的竞争,特别是医疗卫生事业人才的竞争变得更加激烈,医疗卫生服务要求层次增多、要求提高,卫生计生人力的需求也发生了一定的变化。为更好地坚持计划生育的基本国策,加强医疗卫生工作,深化医药卫生体制改革,优化配置医疗卫生和计划生育服务资源,提高出生人口素质和人民健康水平,2013年我国落实并施行了卫生部与计生委的合并计划,并且近年来也取得了一定的发展绩效。人力资源管理作为卫生计生合并后的重要管理部门逐渐受到了越来越多业界人士的关心和重视,所以本文就卫生计生合并后人力资源管理发展趋势的相关问题进行了分析和探究。
