根据注饱和蒸汽汽水两相流的原理 ,可在井下任意深度利用 KZQ- I型蒸汽取样器进行重力分离 ,取出液态水样 ,进行离子分析 ,测出相应深度的蒸汽干度 ,以解决浅层稠油井下蒸汽干度的直接监测 ,执行最佳蒸汽干度的热力采油工艺 .结果证明自行设计的 KZQ- I型井下取样器取样较准确 ,误差≤ 5% ;对吞吐井、面积驱含三种不同井下管柱进行直接监测 ,取得了满意的效果 .井下蒸汽干度监测真实、可靠、方便 ,经常监测井下蒸汽干度对执行最佳蒸汽干度的采油工艺 ,选择合理的井下管柱有重要意义 .对提高原油采收率、合理开发油藏方面是必不可少的 .可获得较好的经济效益和社会效益 .
