我厂试制的D30~1型电火花成型加工机床,主轴头采用电液伺服阀控制。经过近一年的实践证明:电液伺服阀比传统的喷嘴挡板控制灵敏度高、放大倍数大、使用压力范围大、主轴调速范围大,稳定性好、寿命长。用电液伺服阀作为控制元件,对于各种情况下的加工都得到了满意的效果。例如:用φ0.03mm的钨丝打出了小孔;用断面积为365×285mm~2的铸铁电极在淬火钢上打出了深20mm的型腔;用紫铜电极加工淬火钢,加工电流为50A时,生产率是430mm~3/min:用铸铁电极加工淬火钢,电流为50A时粗加工生产率是520mm~3/min;光洁度为▽_6下时的精加工生产率为10~16mm~3/min。主轴速度无级可调,在0~2000mm/min的范围内变化,并可在任意位置停住。用电液伺服阀控制的主轴头,不但性能优良,而且结构简
