The subject literature provides interesting experimental results for missile millimeter wave seekers. However, to a large extent, this phenomenon, as discussed in detail in this document, is explained in speculative and misleading statements. The authors acknowledge: “In fact, the authors themselves felt that there was no study of aiming at the phenomenon of drift in this article.” However, the two authors also use the term “ebb and flow”, a term that is a complete classification term in the International Radar System Cumulative Index. There are a number of literature reports on the general topic “Aiming Point Drift,” aiming for the target noise according to the IEEE Dictionary of Electrical and Electronic Terminology, in this ebb and flow classification. This “Aim Point Drift” theme is also included in the radar manual under a section entitled “Target Noise”. This target noise is misinterpreted by two corners
