Today, the establishment of the rules of evidence has become the key to the reform of criminal justice system, and the rule of exclusion of illegal evidence is the core issue of the legislation of evidence. This article discusses the current situation of domestic criminal evidence, the reasons for the emergence of illegal evidence, the solution and the application of the exclusionary rules of illegal evidence in our country.
