“我一直在不断补充 IT 审计的相关知识。读了一些书,有了一些认识,希望能在 CIO INSIGHT 中找到共鸣。”这是金茂集团 IT 经理王浩给 CIO INSIGHT 提出的中肯要求。共鸣,是指读者在阅读文学作品时,由于自己的思想情感或经历遭遇,与作家表达的作品中人物相通或相似,从而受到打动所形成的一种强烈的心理感应状态。对于 CIO 这群身处信息化风口浪尖、时常在企业中感到曲高和寡的“歌者”们,是多么需要共鸣啊!因为共鸣对他们是一种认可,也是一种安慰。CIO 需要从企业领导方面获得支持,那是一种共鸣;CIO 需要从业务部门获得理解,那也是一种共鸣;同行之间坦诚的交流与经验分享,更是经常如同醍醐灌顶。
