采用改进的高分子膜摩擦法实现表面稳定模式铁电液晶的双稳电光开关特性，并对ＳＳＦＬＣ单池的特性进行了测试，对比度大于１４０，响应时间达１００μＳ。
The bistable electro-optic switch characteristics of the surface-stabilized ferroelectric liquid crystal were achieved by the improved polymer membrane friction method. The characteristics of SSFLC single cell were tested. The contrast ratio was more than 140 and the response time was 100μS.
