采用增重法研究了γ TiAl合金在 112 3K和 1173K空气中循环氧化的动力学曲线 ,用配有能谱的扫描电子显微镜对氧化层的形貌和显微结构进行了分析 ,用X射线衍射仪测定了氧化层中的残余应力。研究结果表明 :温度是影响γ TiAl合金循环氧化性能的重要因素。氧化膜的剥落发生在金属 /氧化层界面 ,其剥落途径为 :氧化层先脱附凸起 ,而后发生剥落。
The kinetic curves of cyclic oxidation of γ-TiAl alloy in air at 112 3K and 1173K were studied by using the method of weight gain. The morphology and microstructure of the oxide layer were analyzed by scanning electron microscope with energy spectrum. The instrument measured the residual stress in the oxide layer. The results show that: temperature is an important factor affecting the cyclic oxidation of γ TiAl alloy. Exfoliation of the oxide film occurs at the metal / oxide interface, and the exfoliation process is as follows: the oxide layer is first desorbed and then exfoliated.
