我厂生产某产品时,使用厚2毫米、宽124毫米复铜钢带料.料长400~2000毫米不等,原来工艺为剪板机剪切成条料,分两次在双动压力机上落料冲盂,这样,材料利用率低,工人劳动强度大,不能适应生产的发展.为此,我们设计制成一辊式送料机构,如图所示.经过几年的生产考验,证明这种送料机构操作方便,结构紧凑、通用性强、生产效率高、节约材料,仅1978年就为国家节约复铜钢板50多吨价值10万余元.
