<正> 在经济和金融改革不断深入的情况下,银行联行体制发生了变化,结算渠道环节多,会计业务量越来越大,要求越来越高。但目前银行会计工作还远远不能适应经济发展、金融改革和人民群众的需要。据对钟祥县工商银行1985年财务、结算和会计工作的检查发现,一是记帐不规则:据查331个单位的分户帐,89,117笔其中不符合记帐规则的有21423笔,占2.7%,主要是硬性涂改,漏盖图章,摘要栏不简明扼要。二是结算工作质量差,错划报单,错编密押,漏盖联行印章,造成往返查询,影响
