广东位于祖国的南部,毗邻港澳,是海外华侨较多的省份之一。一年四季气候温和,雨量充沛,发展经济得天独厚。广东以其优越的地理位置和有利于开放改革的社会环境,被国家指定为建设与开发经济特区最早的省份之一。党的十一届三中全会以后,尤其是国家赋予广东开发经济特区的一系列优惠政策以来,如春风吹绿了广东工业的原野,企业的生产如鱼得水蓬勃发展。企业办体育就是在这种形势下,首先在广东掀起。从1984年至1987年4月,广东省体委先后与企业联办优秀运动队(以下简称“联办”)已达10个。
Guangdong is located in the southern part of the motherland, adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao, one of the provinces with more overseas Chinese. The mild climate throughout the year, abundant rainfall, unique economic development. Guangdong is designated as one of the earliest provinces in the construction and development of special economic zones by its superior geographical position and favorable social environment for the reform. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, especially since the state gave Guangdong a series of preferential policies for the development of the special economic zones, such as the spring breeze swept through the wilderness of Guangdong’s industries, the production of enterprises has flourished. It is in this situation that enterprises run sports, starting off in Guangdong. From 1984 to April 1987, Guangdong Provincial Sports Commission has successively established 10 outstanding sports teams jointly organized with the enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “Liaison Office”).
