目的通过对泰山区6所小学在校学生健康体检数据的统计分析,了解我区在校小学生的健康发育情况。方法按照《中国卫生监督统计报表学校卫生情况年报表技术规范》,对泰安地区6所学校在校小学生进行体检。结果小学生2006—2008年平均视力低下率为22.42%,龋患率为23.82%,沙眼检出率为5.91%,营养不良为8.63%,肥胖为9.51%,HBsAg阳性率为3.2%。结论泰山区小学生以视力低下、沙眼、龋齿、肥胖为主要常见病。针对小学生体质健康存在的问题,应进一步加强健康教育工作。
Objective To analyze the health examination data of six primary schools in Taishan District to understand the health development of primary school students in our district. Methods According to the Technical Specification of the Annual Report on Health Status of Schools in China by Health Surveillance, medical examination was conducted on primary school students in 6 schools in Taian. Results The average rate of vision loss in primary school students from 2006 to 2008 was 22.42%, the caries prevalence rate was 23.82%, the incidence of trachoma was 5.91%, malnutrition was 8.63%, obesity was 9.51% and the positive rate of HBsAg was 3.2%. Conclusions The pupils in Taishan District are mainly common with low vision, trachoma, dental caries and obesity. In view of the primary health problems, we should further strengthen the health education.
