转体施工技术对跨越的铁路、公路等交通运营干扰较少,近年来越来越多地应用于上跨桥梁施工中。结合新建宿淮铁路上跨京沪铁路T构梁转体施工,对转体施工工艺进行研究,介绍了转体工艺流程,阐述了转动系统、设备安装、转体实施的关键技术和特殊情况的处理方法,为今后同类转体桥梁施工提供一些可借鉴的经验。
