目的：研究优质护理模式在86例骨折患者中的护理效果。方法：将86例患者随机分对照组和实验组，每组44例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用优质护理模式，比较两组满意度及疼痛程度。结果：实验组中度痛少于对照组，实验组满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：优质护理模式应用于骨折患者的临床护理中，可减轻疼痛。“,”Abstract Objective:To study the nursing effect for high quality nursing care model in 86 cases of fracture patients.Methods:86 patients were randomly divided into the control and the experimental groups,and 44 cases in each group.The control group was taken with usual care,and the experimental group was taken with high quality nursing care model.The satisfaction and pain of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain in the experimental group was less than the control group,and the satisfaction level of the experimental group was higher than the control group.The differences were with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of high quality care model in clinical care of patients with fractures can relieve pain.
