对于引进支架不管是“依面选架”,还是“依架选面”,均要选择得当,使架型与顶底板条件相适应,使架型与使用条件相接近;对与开采条件不符,难以使用的支架应合理改造,使其适应所在矿井的煤层条件,以发挥其经济效果。现以我国1973年从英国伽立克公司引进的八套垛式支架为例,根据我国煤矿的适应条件,谈谈对引进支架如何用好,怎样改造的想法。 这八套垛式支架先后分配到西山、阜新、徐州、淮北、枣庄、大同等矿务局使用,但未收到十分令人满意的效果。至今已有四套改成掩护式或支撑掩护式支架,其余四套仍在库存。为何花了近一亿二千万元人民币,未收到应有的效果呢?现以枣庄柴里煤矿321一分层使用垛式支架采
