党章作为党内的根本大法在党内具有最高权威,对于党的健康运行起着根本作用。当前影响党章权威的原因主要有:部分党员的党章意识不强,以党章为核心的党内法规体系不完善,党章的施行缺乏有效的监督和保障。维护和增强党章权威,要从强化党员的党章意识入手,加强以党章为核心的党内法规制度体系建设,建立健全党章运行过程中的反馈修正机制。
As the fundamental law within the party, the party constitution has the highest authority in the party and plays a fundamental role in the healthy operation of the party. The main reasons for the current influence of the authority of the constitution are: some party members’ awareness of the constitution of the party is not strong, the party’s legal system with the party constitution as the core is imperfect, and the implementation of the party constitution lacks effective supervision and protection. To safeguard and strengthen the authority of the party constitution, we should start with strengthening the party constitution awareness of the party members, strengthen the construction of the party law and order system with the party constitution as the core, and establish and improve the feedback correction mechanism in the operation of the party constitution.
