目前,许多省市都提出了经济转型升级的发展战略,而作为服务地方的高职院校,需要在转型升级期更好地服务于地方经济,培养出具有地方特色的优秀人才。“工学结合、校企合作”模式正是一种利用学校和企业不同的教育资源和教育环境,发挥学校和企业在人才培养方面各自的优势,基本实现学生职业能力和企业岗位要求之间“无缝”对接的应用型人才培养模式。本文以会计专业为例,主要就转型升级期高职院校工学结合人才培养模式进行探讨。
At present, many provinces and cities have proposed a strategy of economic restructuring and upgrading. Higher vocational colleges, as service areas, need to better serve the local economy and cultivate talents with local characteristics in the period of transformation and upgrading. “Combination of work and study, cooperation between school and enterprise ” is a model that makes use of the different educational resources and education environment of schools and enterprises, gives full play to the respective superiority of schools and enterprises in personnel training, and basically achieves the relationship between students’ professional ability and enterprise post requirements “Seamless ” docked application-based personnel training mode. This article takes the accounting major as an example, mainly discusses the training mode of the combination of work and study in vocational colleges during the period of transformation and upgrading.
