上海市紧固件和焊接材料技术研究所成立于1958年,1978年经扩充调整改为上海市标准件技术研究所,1985年更名为上海市紧固件和焊接材料技术研究所,1994年成立上标集团技术中心。主要从事紧固件和焊接材料两大行业新技术、新产品、新工艺和新设备的开发、研究与测试。 本所自1978年以来,完成科研项目400余项,其中技术开发200余项,曾多次获得国家和地方的科研成果奖励。先后为紧固件行业设计了国内最新水平的各系列多工位自动冷镦机设备,研制的异型紧固件和高强度螺钉等产品广泛用于航空、机械、轻工业、桥梁等工业部门和国家重点工程。新开发的机械镀锌工艺已成功地应用于生产。在焊接材料方面自20世纪60年代以来,取得了不少具有国内领先水平的成果。 本所专业开发、生产和销售各类紧固件、热喷涂粉末、焊条、机械镀锌、净化设备等系列产品。除此之外,本所还具有为行业进行电气自动化设计、微机应用以及标准化、科技情报、金相分析、热处理、化学分析、力学测试、长度计量等技术服务能力。 经国家质量检验检疫总局和国家机械工业联合会认证认可,在本所设立了“机械工业紧固件产品质量检测中心(上海)”,经国家实验室认可委认可的“上海市紧固件和焊接材料技术研究所检测中心”和经上海市质量技术监督局授权的“上海市机电产品质量检测中心紧固件和焊接材料检测部”以及“钢结构对外检测单位”等机构。
