社会、学校和家庭的三结合体系,组成了孩子成长的理想环境。学校、教师给予家庭教育指导的终极目标,为的是让孩子能更好地成长,所以教师在整个家庭教育指导过程中,始终要以生为本,要善于换位思考。理念:正确定位,换位而思,善解人意相当一部分老师,或许能平心静气与家长平等交流。但是,在交流前,功课没做到位,对问题学生的家长及他们的家庭教育状况不甚了解,于是沟通中,不能有针对性地给出有效建议,家长仍然一片茫
The combination of society, school and family forms the ideal environment for children’s growth. Schools and teachers give families the ultimate goal of education and instruction in order to make their children better able to grow up. Therefore, teachers in the whole process of family education and guidance must always be student-centered and should be good at empathy. Philosophy: Correct positioning, transposition and thinking, understanding a considerable part of the teacher, perhaps calmly equal communication with parents. However, before the exchange, homework did not make it to the problem students’ parents and their family education status is not well understood, so communication, can not be targeted and effective advice, parents are still a blank
