为研究碳钢点蚀声发射信号特征,对6%氯化铁溶液中碳钢点蚀过程进行了声发射监测。采用K-均值方法对信号进行了聚类分析,通过分析各类信号持续时间、计数、幅度等特征,识别了碳钢点蚀过程中不同声发射源。结果表明碳钢在氯化铁溶液中的点蚀声发射信号可通过聚类分析方法区分和识别不同声发射源信号。
In order to study the characteristics of acoustic emission signals of carbon steel pitting, the acoustic emission of carbon steel pitting corrosion in 6% ferric chloride solution was monitored. The K-means method was used to cluster the signals. By analyzing the characteristics of various signal durations, counts and amplitudes, different acoustic emission sources were identified during the pitting corrosion of carbon steel. The results show that the pitting acoustic emission signals of carbon steel in ferric chloride solution can be distinguished and identified by different acoustic emission source signals by cluster analysis.
