电信业客户服务中心是呼叫中心技术的典型应用,对传统呼叫中心和IP呼叫中心技术进行系统分析,最后基于自身工作经验提出基于电信网组建宽窄一体化呼叫中心的组网建议。
The telecom industry customer service center is a typical application of call center technology. It systematically analyzes the traditional call center and IP call center technology. Finally, based on its own working experience, this paper proposes a networking proposal based on telecom network to establish a wide and narrow integrated call center.
