加拿大是稠油产量最高的国家，为了把稠油转化成具有普通原油性质的合成原油（ＳＣＯ），大量采用焦化（包括流化焦化，灵活焦化）和加氢裂化（包括Ｈ－Ｏｉｌ，ＬＣ－Ｆｉｎｉｎｇ）等重油加工技术。在这些技术的基础上，针对加拿大稠油的特点，又开发成功了ＣＡＮＭＥＴ工艺技术，具有明显特点的均相加氢裂化工艺ＨＣ３也已完成中试。本文详细介绍了ＣＡＮＭＥＴ工艺的技术经济情况及其最新工业化动态，简要介绍了ＨＣ３工艺的最新研究成果，对流化焦化和ＬＣ－ｆｉｎｉｎｇ在加拿大的改进也作了简要叙述。 Canada is the country with the highest heavy oil production. In order to convert heavy oil to synthetic crude oil (SCO) with ordinary crude oil, a large amount of coking (including fluid coking and flexible coking) and hydrocracking (including H-Oil, LC- Fining) and other heavy oil processing technology. On the basis of these technologies, in view of the characteristics of Canadian heavy oil, CANMET process technology has been successfully developed, and HC3, a homogeneous process hydrocracking process with obvious characteristics, has completed the pilot test. In this paper, the technical and economic conditions of CANMET process and its latest industrialization are introduced in detail. The latest research results of HC3 process are briefly introduced. The improvements of fluidized coking and LC-fining in Canada are also briefly described.
