选取不同防护措施的飞机机身复合材料蒙皮的试验件,采用标准组合雷电流A+B+C*分量对试验件进行雷电流注入试验,试验后采用超声扫描得到试验件的损伤面积及损伤深度,对比火焰喷涂铝防护方式和编织铜网防护方式试验件的雷电流防护能力,并分析了复合材料层合板表面电阻对其雷电损伤的影响。试验结果表明:火焰喷涂铝防护比铜网防护的碳纤维复合材料层合板有更好的雷电防护能力,碳纤维复合材料层合板表面电阻大小与雷电损伤面积存在正相关性。
