安徽省宿县地区粮油贸易公司于今年元月在公司内部制定了一系列的费用管理制度,运行几个月来取得了显著的效果,使企业逐步走上了制度化、规范化的道路。 近年来,该公司在粮食市场不断滑坡的情况下,从内部挖潜、节约费用开支入手,针对企业的实际情况,制定了《医药管理办法》、《加班费用管理办法》、《行政管理办法》、《差旅费管理办法》、《小汽车管理办法》、《招待费管理办法》等一系列费用管理制度。自今年元月一日实施以来,取得了明显的效果。
