目的:观察氟康唑治疗念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的疗效及不良反应。方法:将120例病人分为氟康唑组60例及硝酸咪康唑栓对照组60例。两组均在用药1周后后观察疗效。结果:氟康唑组有效率96．7％,对照组有效率73．3％,有统计学差异 (P<0．01)。结论:氟康唑治疗念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的疗效确切,且使用方便、安全、副作用小。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of fluconazole in the treatment of candidal vulvovaginitis. Methods: 120 patients were divided into fluconazole group 60 cases and miconazole nitrate suppository group 60 cases. Two groups were observed after 1 week of treatment efficacy. Results: The effective rate was 96.7% in the fluconazole group and 73.3% in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy of fluconazole in the treatment of candidal vulvovaginitis is exact, and it is easy to use, safe and has few side effects.
