一、引言由于我国从日本引进网板制造设备,因而,日本网板公司于78年12月底来华进行技术座谈和商务谈判,本文根据技术座谈整理而成。目前,在彩色电视和存储管中都要应用到网板,在计测变形等工作中也用到网板,一般网板是由互相垂直的栅线所组成,有的就称为格栅,但也有的称为光栅。在彩色电视中只用到一个方向的光栅线,且是不等分的,其专门名词叫“影罩”,应用的另件是铜的或是镍的栅线,它们的母板是玻璃的。这篇文章就是涉及玻璃母板的制造和制造的关键设备——网板刻划机。
