黄质夫(1896—1963),名同义,字质夫,江苏仪征十二圩人。在其二十余年的教育生涯中,先后创办和主持过江苏省立界首乡村师范学校、南京中学乡村师范科、浙江省立湘湖师范、江苏省立栖霞乡村师范和国立贵州师范学校。关于黄质夫先生的事迹,《江苏文史资料选辑》第54辑暨《仪征文史资料》第9辑之《乡村教育先驱黄质夫》、杨秀明和安永新合编著《黄质夫教育文选》、肖云慧编著《黄质夫乡村教育思想研究》及近年来由南京市栖霞区地 Huang Weifu (1896-1963), synonymous with the word quality husband, Jiangsu Yizheng Twelve people.
