骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)是干细胞异常的克隆性疾病。本文从MDS产生造血因子的异常、造血因子对MDS造血干、祖细胞的作用以及造血因子在MDS治疗中的作用三方面加以综述。
Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is an aberrant clonal disease of stem cells. This article reviews the abnormalities of hematopoietic factors in MDS, the role of hematopoietic factors in the hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells of hematopoietic stem cells and the role of hematopoietic factors in the treatment of MDS.
