目的:研究芪桑降糖方对实验性2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠糖代谢及脂代谢的影响。方法:大鼠高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后,ip 40 mg·kg-1链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立T2DM大鼠模型,随机分为糖尿病模型对照组、芪桑降糖方低剂量组(ig180 mg·kg-1·d-1)、中剂量组(ig 360 mg·kg-1·d-1)、高剂量组(ig 540 mg·kg-1·d-1)及罗格列酮治疗组(ig 4 mg·kg-1·d-1)。持续ig给药60 d后测空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胰岛素(Ins)的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠HbAlc含量显著增高(P<0.01),总胆固醇(TCH)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL均明显升高(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)明显下降(P<0.05)。芪桑降糖方可降低T2DM模型大鼠的FBG、HbAlc、TCH、TG、LDL水平,提高HDL和Ins水平,与模型组比较有明显改善(P<0.05),芪桑降糖方与罗格列酮药物治疗组无显著性差异。结论:芪桑降糖方能有效地降低T2DM模型大鼠的血糖,促进Ins分泌,纠正糖尿病大鼠脂代谢紊乱,调节血脂。
Objective: To investigate the effects of QiSheng Jiang Tang prescription on glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in experimental type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: After being fed with high-sucrose and high-fat diet for 4 weeks, rats with T2DM were established by ip streptozotocin (ip) at a dose of 40 mg · kg-1 and were randomly divided into diabetic model control group, (Ig180 mg · kg-1 · d-1), middle dose (ig 360 mg · kg-1 · d-1) and high dose (ig 540 mg · kg-1 · d-1) The treatment group (ig 4 mg · kg -1 · d -1). The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), lipids, HbAlc, and Ins were measured after 60 days of administration. Results: Compared with the normal group, the content of HbAlc in model group was significantly increased (P <0.01), and the total cholesterol (TCH), serum triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein , High-density lipoprotein (HDL) decreased significantly (P <0.05) .Sigang hypoglycemic can reduce T2DM model rats FBG, HbAlc, TCH, TG, LDL levels, increase HDL and Ins levels, compared with the model group (P <0.05), Qisang Jiangtang Prescription and Rosiglitazone treatment group no significant difference.Conclusion: Qisang Jiangtang Prescription can effectively reduce blood glucose in T2DM rats, promote the secretion of Ins, correct diabetes Dyslipidemia in rats, regulating blood lipids.
