随着社会的飞速发展,在企业的人、财、物、信息四种资源中,人们越来越广泛地认识到人的重要性。本文首先分析人力资源管理的概念,在此基础上重点分析了人力资源管理在企业管理中的重要地位和主要作用,其次阐述了我国企业人力资源管理存在的问题,最后提出现代企业人力资源管理的新思路。
