针对现有采煤机监控系统布线困难、设备维修不便、开发成本高等不足,研究一种低成本、易配置、支持网络融合的采煤机无线监控网络设计方案。终端节点和网关节点均以CC2530为核心控制芯片,通过连接不同的外围电路,完成Zigbee网络组网以及Zigbee网络与GPRS网络的融合;网关节点通过串口连接SIM900A,监测数据通过GPRS网络传输至中心服务器。试验表明,该无线网络数据传输丢包率低,具有一定的应用价值。
In view of the difficulties of existing shearer monitoring system, such as wiring difficulty, inconvenient equipment maintenance and high development cost, this paper studies a design scheme of wireless monitoring network for coal winning machine with low cost, easy configuration and network support. Terminal nodes and gateway nodes are CC2530 as the core control chip, through the connection of different peripheral circuits to complete the Zigbee network and Zigbee network and GPRS network integration; gateway node through the serial port to connect SIM900A, monitoring data transmitted through the GPRS network to the central server . Experiments show that the data packet loss rate of the wireless network is low, which has a certain application value.
