基于在碱性介质中,没食子酸过氧化氢-甲醛体系的化学发光,建立了流动注射-化学发光快速测定空气中微量甲醛的方法。该法的线性范围为1.0×10-6~7×10-4g/mL,方法的检出限为2×10-7g/mL。10次平行测定甲醛的相对标准偏差为2.1%。用于测定空气中微量甲醛,结果满意。
Based on the chemiluminescence of gallic acid hydrogen peroxide-formaldehyde system in alkaline medium, a flow injection-chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace formaldehyde in the air was established. The linear range of the method is 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 7 × 10-4g / mL, the detection limit of the method is 2 × 10-7g / mL. The relative standard deviation of 10 parallel determinations of formaldehyde was 2.1%. For the determination of trace formaldehyde in the air, with satisfactory results.
