塔中6-306井是中石化集团西部新区部署在塔里木盆地的一口重点井,该井是西部油田的一口超深井,地层较为复杂,固井施工难度较大。影响固井施工和质量的主要因素:该井含膏盐层段较长造成下套管困难;含膏盐层段井径较大,在固井施工中水泥浆的流态、流速频繁变化,严重影响水泥浆顶替效率;该井封固段长,水泥量大,作业时间长,施工难度较大,对固井工具及附件的性能提出了较高的要求。通过对该井存在的难点分析,进行了固井套管串结构、双级箍选型,应用性能优良的盐水水泥浆体系,提高了盐膏层段固井质量,该井采用双级箍分级注水泥固井技术的成功为今后类似井固井提供了宝贵的经验。
The 6-306 well in Tazhong is a key well deployed in the Tarim Basin in the western part of Sinopec Group. This well is an ultra-deep well in the western oilfield. Through the analysis of the difficulty of the well, the cementing casing string structure, double-stage hoop selection and application of the brine grouting system with excellent performance were carried out to improve the cementing quality of the salt-gypsum section.
