本文根据中、低强钢形变硬化过程施力点塑性位移△_P=C[P/(B(W-α)~2)~m的变化规律,参照文献[3,4]推导的△α_真的公式,用单试样解析法,确定中、低强钢的开裂点和计算J_(IC)值;验证了此法的有效性和适用性。本文详细介绍了单试样解析法的试验步骤:指出了裂纹扩展量△α的控制范围;研究了硬化指数(n=1/m)与,J_(IC)的关系;用△α_真代入单试样解析法的公式,电算J_(IC)值与多试样法结果对比。此法简便,经济效益显著,便于推广应用。
