通过对中等职业学校办学目标、学生构成及育人特点的系统分析与把握,以就业为导向,分别从四个层面,就中职校园文化特色的构建提出:环境文化要体现实践特色,彰显职业意识;活动文化要面向岗位需求,培养职业兴趣;制度文化要强调发展评价,注重疏导激励;精神文化要尊崇敬业品质,倡导知行合一。
Through the systematic analysis and grasping of secondary vocational school’s goal of running a school, the composition of students and the characteristics of educating people, taking employment as the orientation, we put forward the construction of secondary school’s cultural characteristics from four aspects respectively: the environment culture should embody the characteristics of practice and demonstrate the profession Consciousness; activity culture should be based on post needs, develop professional interest; institutional culture should emphasize the development of evaluation, focusing on encouraging incentives; spiritual culture to respect the quality of dedication, promote the unity of knowledge and practice.
