新型运载火箭的推力支架使用碳/环氧复合材料管形件组装而成。针对该类管形件的成型工艺及特征,文章在对比了多种常用的超声检测方法的基础上,提出了复合材料管形件内部质量的底板反射检测方法。文中运用了超声C扫描系统,采用底板反射法对设计的人工缺陷及实际产品进行检测。结果表明,所采用的检测方法能够准确地检测出人工缺陷,并且可以有效地实现产品内部缺陷的检测。
The new launch vehicle’s thrust bracket is assembled using carbon / epoxy composite tubing. Aiming at the forming process and characteristics of this type of tubular parts, this paper presents a method of floor reflection detection for the internal quality of composite tubular parts based on the comparison of many commonly used ultrasonic testing methods. The article uses the ultrasonic C-scan system, using the floor reflection method to design the artificial defects and the actual product testing. The results show that the detection methods used can detect the artificial defects accurately and can effectively detect the defects in the products.
