该文在介绍赢得值管理法(EVM)基本原理的基础上,结合我公司一个海外水泥项目管理情况,利用赢得值管理法分析项目执行的情况,证明使用赢得值管理法可以客观、及时发现项目管理中进度与费用的进展趋势,并通过此趋势寻其根源找到影响项目执行的不良因素并进行解决,使得项目顺利、高效的开展执行,并达到项目的预期管理目标。
Based on the introduction of the basic principles of the EVM method and the management of an overseas cement project of our company, the article analyzes the project implementation by using the EVM method and proves that using the EVM can objectively and timely discover the project Management progress and cost trends, and through this trend to find its root causes to find the adverse factors affecting the implementation of the project and resolve, making the project smoothly and efficiently implemented and achieve the project’s expected management objectives.
