水电站引水压力钢管焊接后产生的残余应力,是引起钢管脆性断裂的重要原因之一。目前,对于残余应力的消除处理,多种看法尚不统一,国内外所执行的标准也不相同;从国内已建成的水电站来看,对压力钢管进行消应处理并进行应力测试的例子很少,对消应后的效果说明亦缺乏资料。莲花水电站4号机组压力钢管消应热处理和应力测试的方法及其效果分析,为该项目的设计提供了重要依据,并对合理缩短工期、节约投资等方面起到了指导作用。

The method and effect analysis of heat treatment and stress test of pressure pipe in No.4 unit of Lianhua Hydropower Station provide an important basis for the design of this project and play a guiding role in reducing construction period and saving investment reasonably.
